1. Overview

This website is operated by Padoco ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you order.

3. Products and compatibility

Our wireless adapter works only with vehicles that already have factory-installed wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto, and with compatible phones as described on the product page (iPhone with iOS 10 or later; Android phones with Android 11 or later). It is not compatible with Huawei phones, Tesla vehicles or some BMW models. Before ordering, please check that CarPlay or Android Auto appears on your car's screen when you connect your phone with a cable.

We try to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, images and specifications may vary slightly, and features such as split screen depend on your vehicle.

4. Safe use

Always follow traffic laws and keep your attention on the road. Do not set up, pair or adjust the adapter or your phone while driving. Install the adapter only while the vehicle is parked.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and may change at any time without notice. Discounts, such as the 2-pack offer, are applied as shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Trademarks

CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC. Our product is an independent accessory and is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple or Google. Any reference to these trademarks is only to describe compatibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or to your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage caused by improper installation or use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments and shipping are handled by third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
